Located 3 kilometers north of the new Marina Mazatlan, Quintas del Mar II enjoys a very tranquil location, making it a perfect place to relax an unwind. While away the afternoon lounging by the infinity pool, in one of our hammocks, in the beach lounge, or on the private beach.

    Love love love the condo we rented! Right on the beach. Private pool. Quiet. Wonderful price. Secluded in the new area of town but easy to catch a bus to Zona Dorada or Centro. Definitely going to return on the three day weekends!! Highly recommended.

    We really enjoyed the gorgeous sun sets over the ocean and the sun rises over the distant mountains each day, watching the schools of dolphins swim by, the baby turtles that hatched down the beach and were running into the ocean and we enjoyed our stay at Quintas del Mar 2.

There is a tennis court and beach volleyball court available for free use on site, Our friendly staff will be happy to arrange a round of golf at the Marina Mazatlan golf course, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and other activities for you.

Breakfast is available but not included in the price of the condo rental. There is an on site restaurant, situated overlooking the beach, that serves Mexican favorites and snacks from 8 am to 3 pm. The poolside bar serves up refreshments until 6 pm.
Location
Quintas del Mar II is located on a tranquil stretch of beach 3 km north of the Mazatlan Marina. The Golden Zone entertainment district with shopping, restaurants, and night clubs is 8 km. Major grocery stores is 10 km away. All are easily accessible by taking one of the frequent buses that stops at the main gate, or the security guard can call a private taxi for you.

Check in time is 3 pm, check out in 12 noon. Flexible check in and check out times may be arranged in advance.
